Every summer, new and returning members of Ohio DECA take over one quiet camp in the hills of northeast Ohio for a retreat full of fun, sun, and leadership development.

Every year, Ohio DECA works to build new relationships with corporate sponsors and business partners. Ohio DECA’s business partners sponsor Ohio DECA scholarships and competitive events at the Ohio DECA Career Development Conference, serve as competitive event judges at the local and state levels, provide monetary support for conference and chapter resources, join students as guest speakers in classrooms and conferences, and continue to involve themselves in any number of unique collaborations relevant to their business and the Ohio DECA membership.

Ohio DECA encourages members to stay active within the organization beyond their years as student members. Alumni members of Ohio DECA professionally serve the organization armed with real world experience and their personal connection to the student association. From attending state conferences, to summer camps, civic fundraisers, and individualized classrooms, Ohio DECA alumni have an array of opportunities through which to give back.
