The Ohio DECA Fall Leadership Conference is the annual kick-off to the DECA year where over 1,800 members and marketing educators from throughout the state convene together to network with peers and professionals from across the state.
While in attendance at the conference, delegates will have the opportunity to attend workshops put on by the FOCUS Training group that will emphasizes communication skills, teamwork, innovation, organization, leadership and many other skills to help them become successful leaders in the business world. Members also will have the opportunity to campaign and vote for the new Ohio DECA State Officer team.
