**NEW** – ICDC Registration Instructions
Like last year, the registration process will be completed in an Excel document. There are four tabs at the bottom left-hand corner of the document labeled Registration, Contest, Rooming and Beneficiary Form. You must click on the tabs to complete that section of the registration document. On the first tab, Registration, the cost of the registration and lodging has been formulated for you so you do not have to figure out the cost. The cost rates are per person and include registration and lodging.
If you do not see the four tabs on the bottom of the screen, you need to expand your “sheet” to see all four tabs. (See Example in the ICDC Registration Instructions.)

Attendance & Medical Permission Form
(Must be filled out for each student attending. Advisors MUST submit copies of the Medical Permission form to Ohio DECA by April 16, 2010, and take the original with you to ICDC. National DECA mandates that the state association must have a copy of every students form on-hand at the conference as well as the advisor.)
